Questions
What should I fill it with?
A good potting mix or raised-bed mix. Garden soil alone packs down in a fabric bed.
Does it need drainage holes?
No. Water drains out through the felt itself, so set it where a little runoff is fine.
Can I move it once it's full?
Move it while it's empty or lightly filled. A full bed of wet soil is heavy, so place it first, then fill.
